As a passionate AHPRA registered practitioner of traditional medicine, I specialise in Japanese and Chinese acupuncture, Japanese moxibustion, and Shonishin (Japanese Paediatric Acupuncture), all of which aim to provide comprehensive support to my patients. I earned a Doctoral degree in Medical Sciences (Immunology) from the University of Melbourne and completed my Postdoctoral training at La Trobe University, where I researched remarkable ways our body fights disease.

In 2018, I pursued advanced training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture) at RMIT alongside my science continuum. My practice incorporates the styles of my esteemed teachers, Kiyoshi Nagano and Kiiko Matsumoto Sensei, whose approaches I have integrated into my practice. I continue to expand my knowledge/skills in traditional medicine through ongoing education in Australia and Japan.

Time-tested classical Japanese and Chinese medicine, with a history spanning over 2,500 years, offers an effective approach to harmonising the complex matrix of our psychophysiology. This holistic practice addresses a wide range of conditions, including digestive issues, musculoskeletal pain, gynaecological concerns, fertility support, emotional well-being, and respiratory ailments, among others.

With a deep understanding of these traditional medicine practices, I tailor each treatment to meet my patients’ unique needs, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
